Callie Ee

Callie’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, including matters such as shareholder disputes, breach of contract and fiduciary duties, breach of confidence, fraud and unlawful conspiracy. She has appeared and acted before all levels of the Singapore courts, handling complex probate matters, contentious tenancy and employment disputes, bankruptcy applications, winding up applications as well as various corporate transactions.

Callie was also part of the team that successfully defended a claim amounting to over S$100 million filed on the grounds of, amongst others, fraud and conspiracy and acted for beneficiaries to successfully contest a disputed Will.
